Vibors is a city which first were built by Swedes during the medieval age, And later became Finnish when Sweden lost Finland to Russia. Viborg like most other Finnish cities today were built by Swedes. And all castles you have around Finland were also built by Swedes as protection against Novgorod during the Swedish-Novgorodian wars before.
