Farming Flame-Scarred Junkboxes Twilight Highlands

This is a horde only farming spot but i found it to be my favorite place. Once you get to the quest "Off the Wall" stop the quest chain as i am not sure the mobs will be there after completion.

Great music choice!!! Going to check out if the spot is farmable still after that quest is finished. If not, wish I knew before finishing :(

Have you gotten any of the epic gear from the boxes yet? just wondering.. ive been farming here too and have picked like maybe 500 boxes and gotten only a blue gem :( but just figured since its such a low drop rate that RNG doesnt like me. Let me know if you gotten something good :D

@strife235 still no luck either; even at 1000 boxes napkin math says you still don't even have a 50% chance of getting an epic.wow.joystiq.com/2010/01/13/drop-chance-probability/

i've modified the route a bit. it seems 7 minutes is about how long it takes for the mobs to be picked again. there is still plenty of mobs in the center to pick to make a 7 minute non stop cycle.
the mobs in the center will aggro if you step on top of them.
