Not really. Al-Queda didn't exist in Iraq until after we invaded. Al-Queda used that and the abuse as recruiting tools to get a hold in Iraq.

There is no doubt that Cheny and Bushshould be prosecuted for war crimes and the murder of thousands of innocent lives, to include the murder of our troops for putting them in this situation. I've never seen a more uneducated and arrogant man as cheney.
