Close shaves are prevented by people who drive responsibly and carefully around other road users as the highway code demands, not by riding on cycle paths.

for all you people that constantly post comments saying "stay off the road" its illegal to ride a bicycle on sidewalks, we are by law allowed to ride on the road

I've had a few like that. Although I don't think so at that speed. I hate it when it makes me "shiver" and slightly swerve. I sometimes worry that that involuntary twitch could pull me into the path of the car.. It's the same when they use their horn... What do you film with?

I haven't raced. I seem suited to short sprints, I tend to race the traffic away from the lights etc.

that was excellent judgement by the driver i do it myself quite alot,fucking cyclists should stay off the road.

@m648mvp Thanks for the comment, I think this is a good example of the 'psycho' mentality of a small number of road users. Hence the camera. It catches folk like you and you lose your jobs as a result. Everybody wins. :)
