My parents are from Grenada and I was born in Canada so much love to the West Indies, Reggae, Soca and Calypso are great!!! I think there are a lot of Ghanaians who probably love reggae just like a lot of Europeans, Canadians, Americans and other people of different nationalities love it!! They haven't necessarily been there though they just have radio/Tv/internet access to the style. It's cool how the music connects people though :) I'm sure a lot of Ghanaians could go there for vacation too.
