Gay Israel commercial

A group of male friends is playing soccer on the beach when suddenly some of them stop running. Two girls on the beach have caught their attention and they lose interest in the game.

Afterwards the same thing happens again - the team stops to watch a girl shower on the beach.
These occurances bother one player in particular, who yells at his friends in annoyance each time they lose their concentration.

In the last segment of the commercial, the ball is kicked directly to the previously annoyed player, stationed as the goalie, who is now looking away. The camera moves and we see his attention is focused on a man coming out of the water. Meanwhile, the ball passes through his legs and into the goal, causing the rest of his friends to return his frustrated yells.

The image blurs and "Israel. No wonder we didn't make it to the world cup ... www.goisrael.com" appears in writing.
After generations of invisibility, in these commercials guys actually get their guys and gals get their gals. Kisses and affectionate displays are enjoyed by same-sex couples in the imagery, transgendered persons are a non-issue, Gay Pride is celebrated and some commercials even seem to sell the idea of being "gay" more than the product. These ads exceed Commercial Closet's Best Practices.
