@ian1970byrne Same for poor ol' Bill Werbenuik, also criticised for the beta blockers for his nervous disposition, as was Kirk Stevens when he wasn't on the Charlie.

Its great to look back at Steve Davis now and to realize what a great player he was to watch, when I was younger I hated him for being so consistent , but now all I see is poetry in motion.

I liked Foulds, a good match player who didn't get the recegnition he deserved. I blame the beta blockers scandal back in 1987 when it came out that Foulds used these to control an irregular heart beat. All of a sudden Foulds was being portraid as a drug taking cheat. Beta blockers did not enhance his performances one bit and saddly he was never the same player after the press ripped him to shreds over it.
