Patent paves way for development of devices controlled by human electromagnetic field

DALLAS, October 12, 2010 -- Noted psychiatrist and author Colin A. Ross, M.D. (www.rossinst.com), whose research into a new science and medicine focused on the human body's electromagnetic field is described in his book, Human Energy Fields (ISBN-13: 978-0-9821851-0-0), has received approval for Patent #7,806,527 from the U.S. Patent Office (www.uspto.gov). The patent can be accessed by clicking here.

Dr. Ross' device can detect the brain waves emitted through the eye using an electrode that makes no physical contact with the body. He calls his invention an Electromagnetic Beam Detection System, the result of his discovery that the eye emits electromagnetic energy that he calls an "eyebeam."

"We will now develop a prototype device that can detect a human stare from a greater distance, similar to a motion detector or sound sensor," said Dr. Ross. "Such a device could be used to turn on a light, or any other electrical device, from a computer to a garage door opener to an entry system. It would work like a clapper light activated by clapping your hands, except that the signal would be the electromagnetic energy beam emerging through your eyes."

Once a working prototype is available, Dr. Ross will identify a manufacturing partner.

Dr. Ross proposes that the sense of being stared at was selected for during predator-prey interactions. A gazelle that could subliminally detect the stare of a lion would feel a sense of danger or threat, would run away, and would have a better chance of surviving. In humans, the sense of being stared at is unreliable but nevertheless is a common experience. The new technology in Patent # 7,806,527 makes it possible to study the sense of being stared at scientifically for the first time.

A second Patent Pending by Dr. Ross uses the same electrode technology to construct a Whole Body Electromagnetic Scanner that would be like an MRI machine, except that it would scan the electromagnetic field of the body to detect and track disease at an early stage. A recently published paper, "Simultaneous Variation in the Heart and Brain Electrical Fields," by Dr. Ross provides the first data on scanning the heart and brain electrical fields simultaneously. Dr. Ross expects this line of research to lead eventually to the Whole Body Electromagnetic Scanner.

About Dr. Colin Ross

Dr. Ross is the author of 150 papers in professional journals and 23 books. He has lectured widely in North America, Europe, China, New Zealand and Australia, has reviewed for many different psychiatry journals, and received a number of research grants. His writing also includes short stories, poems, aphorisms, plays and essays on a wide range of topics.

  • It would be interesting to see how the P600 ( or is it 300?) brain wave used for very accurate "lie/image detection" would be a very interesting project.

Do you have goggles that will pickup/interface these signals?

  • @virgogreg You can deduce this is possible based on the known monitoring of brain waves through SOLID SKULL.

Don't you believe pickups via eye HOLES in our skull might be even cleaner?

Simple deduction, my dear Watson... ;D)

  • A patent doesnt mean it works i would like to see spme proof asking too much?

  • @JHandcock1111 Ferdinando Cazzamalli,an Italian psychiatrist, already read the brainwaves of his patients at some distance using radar techniques before ww2

This is done by heterodyning. The head is irradiated with microwaves, they mix with the brainwaves producing a signal with the frequency brainwave+microwave which is radiated from the head and picked up with an Antenna. Then the brainwave is extracted through mixing with a part of the radar signal paseshifted 180 degree nulling both radar signal

  • @wwwtotalitaerde - This is short form to account for limited key strokes :Yeah, I know, they got the guys(german officers involved in this stuff.) outta germany post - wwII and they were used to develop what became mkultra/monarch programming. I think this device would be useful in crowd control along with SSSS. I looked this up, and the randi challenge never went beyond him(the doc) using his eye blinks to activate a biofeedback machine. What happened to this - will there be a challenge?

  • @JHandcock1111 The whole concept of psychiatry was developed well before 1900 in Germany to get rid of people complaining. The first use of directed energy weapons can be recognized in psychiatric literature from 1908. You find it in chapter Psychiatrie-->Klinik der Narkolepsie on my homepage. During the NAZI time this concept was given up as Germany just murdered oponents. It was relaunched directly after the war to persecute and silence concentration camp survivors.

  • @pipmax1 - military and crowd control. The military will LOVE this.

  • but wtf is this good for?

  • Animals perceive these signals better than us.

  • "Dis-allowed" I love it. Press on ! ! !
