Something tells me that Miah is a girl? I don't know why..

But the music sounds both sad and happy at the same time.

It could symbolize that you love a girl, but you're afraid to tell her.

And the fact that the song is called 'Oh' Miah could mean that the person 'singing' this would be like "Oh Miah - I want to tell you that~"

Well, that's atleast how I see the song.
