I used to use these in the army, excellent for pulling a scraper, not too good with the blade or side loading on a low loader (articulated tracks)

Other dozers in use were the Fowler Challenger 33 and Cat D8H

The Vigor had a 180hp 12.17litre supercharged 4-stroke Rolls Royce C6SFL 6-cyl dry-sump diesel engine. Before the days of turbos lots of engines were supercharged.

That's exactly what I was wondering. 2-strokes are the only diesels I've ever heard of using a supercharger, but I can't find anything about this engine. Some guy on the second clip claims it's a Rolls Royce, but I wonder if he's right. Errg.
