Thanks for these clips! This was one of my favorite shows! Carrol O' Connor and
Howard Rollins had such good chemistry together, especially in the the first few seasons
of the show. They were such good actors! R.I.P. to them both!

@hamtrak I heard that as well, but the first season didn't last as long as the others, due to the acting strike at the time.

Carroll said in an interview that the scripts for this first season were so bad that he threatened to quit the series. For season two he personally approved all scripts prior to filming.
