Wow, that is one stupid school administration, they was probably high off of drugs, and said "Hey, lets punish this girl for saying no to drugs and we'll get famous!" . They're famous alright, famous for being dumbasses.

This is so stuppied listen to this I drove limousine and the kids in back started doing drugs so I went to the police department and think God this ass was not the cop I talked to for he may have arrested me too but at least in my case the cop arrested the one that brought the drugs in my car these rules are for the good but it is also judement but some people donot have comin since But for this Lawers are very happy can you say LAW SUIT.

Normally, to touch something, you move a part of your body to the target and connect. If the target moves to you, you did not touch it, however, it touched you. The person who put the pill in her hand should be convicted for 2 crimes: Unlawfully distributing prescription drugs. & Assault (because the assailant impacted the victim with a substance or device that disabled her ability to go to school for 5 days). The principal, school board & superintendent were wrong to punish an assault victim.
