  • It depends on what kind of converter your have, single direction or bi-directional. The video show here show the connection of SATA device to PATA (IDE) motherboard. You will need either an bi-directional SATA bridge or a converter conver IDE device to SATA interface to connecto SATA only motherboard.

  • im looking at using 4 of these converters for 4 hard drives in my old computer for a file server. can this be done or will i run in to problems?
