@paraparanormal Bush gave him a new Medal of The Arts as the original one given by Bill Clinton was lost during Katrina when Fats house flooded. There is nothing political here.

@paraparanormal He was getting his presidential medal that was given to him by President Clinton. After the hurricane President Bush replaced the medal that was lost in the flooding.

Fats got the National Medal Of The Arts from Clinton,but he lost it in Katrina. I think he get a new one from Bush here.
