This exercise mainly targets the lower abdomen and obliques. The idea is to keep your back straight, but at a very slight angle, while lifting both your legs (with knees bent) a few inches off the ground. Use weights for a stronger burn, and tap each side, from right to left, then left to right, and repeat until the drill is done.
