Splinter Cell Conviction gameplay, interview, infos and more

The first concrete details on Splinter Cell Conviction's multiplayer mode are in, via the back page of the latest issue of PC Zone magazine.

According to the mag, its next issue will include "hands-on, co-op reveal and a brand new mode." And that's it.
Of course it's not the first time the series has included co-op; the original Xbox's Chaos Theory featured Xbox Live spy collaboration missions, while Splinter Cell's trademark mercs vs. spies multiplayer was very much a team game.

I have to say, I really like the way the game designers decided to convey the story in this game. It's...new and innovative. I mean, I've never seen projections like those in a game before.

If you haven't noticed, there's plenty of stealth still involved, you just have to think outside of the box.

Sure, you can play it as Rainbow Six, I wouldn't.

Which is why they've integrated gadgets into the game since the very beginning.

Be creative, and stick to the shadows, and you'll still be playing this game like any other Splinter Cell.
