They sit on double yellow lines all day long catching people turning left on Blackhorse Lane. They also sit off Pretoria Avenue most days catching people going down the new one way system. Sometimes they have 2 people in each car. Most recently they have acquired some new Toyota IQs as well. I once knocked on his window asking him why he was allowed to park on double yellow lines. He flashed me a laminated card to show me his 'exemption' from the law. It's one rule for them and another for us!
