the dumplings at this particular place is crap, you find much better ones for a lot cheaper at local eateries around shanghai

1:05 "Tang Bao", meaning "soup bun", is strictly this restaurant's modern invention, inspired by a Cantonese dim sum item. To be eaten with a straw is conceptually and visually tacky and would not be caught dead of anyone in Hong Kong doing with any "Chinese" dish. It is not traditional.
0:16 Vickie's difficult English indicates a certain social class, which constitutes the majority of clientele of this particular restaurant. Listening to her, I have less interests in eating here...
