  • Thanks to ALL for support, please feel free to ask any questions!

  • Why are you wearing a backpack?

  • @Dowdproductions Because thats what the reocrd is...and its a Army rucksack with a metal frame

  • What do you normally get in a 5k without wearing a backpack?

  • @Dark2439 not certain...I have not ran 5K w/o pack in years.

  • @Dark2439 My fastest ever 5K was on a cross-country course 14:30

  • incredible endurance

  • i could probably do this. i am a CONtractor in utah that had my license revoked by the state. my hous on the hill in draper forclosed, because i don;t pay those i owe money to. my secretary (AKA MOMMY) tells me when creditors are looking for me, and i start running and don;t stop. since i owe half of the state money, i am running all the time and in great shape. i keep changing my company name to try and avoid people also. am i building "integrity" in your opinion???? NOT! HT--utah.

  • @XCisAwesome other than that. I derailed this long enough ^_^ my bad op. If you wanna chat about PBs and whatever and such feel free to pm it.

  • @XCisAwesome I dont know where youre from but in california people would take what you said as a joke lol. Got lots of sub 16 guys who still dont get into D1 schools. Mainly D2s. So I guess your stats really depend on where you're from

  • Nice Job. Thats extremely impressive. But can you tell me what you can run a regular 5k in to give me a perspective of how difficult it is to run with that much weight on your back?

  • @Pokekevin Thats bullshit the average D1 STAR runner can sometimes get under 14. I know plenty of people who couldn't even break 16 in high school who went on to run D1. And let me tell you, they aren't breaking 15 anytime soon, let alone 14.

  • @aruuraa I dont mean any offense though :) just isting the info
