Not Kafir! it is the Dances of Universal Peace created by Sufi Ahmed Murad Chisti ! (Samuel Lewis) and they often do Zikr along with the dance. Chisti lineage from Hazrat Inayat Khan. True, they are not all Muslim, and not all are Sufis...but some are.
