I think this kind of projectile spamming is called tatics because they're only doing it to build their Super Meter for Super moves or EX's, that Rose even used a Super move which helped him win one of the matches after the projectile spamming. Most people tend to just do it till they win though.

"garbage rose" "annoying rose" i think you people need your heads examined,that player deserves a lot of respect for beating porbably the best street fighter player in the world with extrememly smart tactics and patience and all with a "low tier" character,well done!.
