Goot POT-11C Solder BathA small-size solder bath can be used for the plating of wires and pins in electronic components; we'll take POT-11C produced under the Japanese brand name Goot as an example of a solder bath. The pot is made of heatproof stainless steel, and has a solder capacity of 100 grams. The 90-watt heater is made of nichrome, and due to its sophisticated circuit design, it operates in a sparing mode that significantly prolongs its service life. The bath is very easy to use. To launch it, press the power key, and the LED pilot lamp light that is made like the power button of heatproof silicon cover plate to protect it from an accidental exposure of the molten solder. Then you place a solder in the pot and set the required temperature which is smoothly adjusted by turning the temperature control knob; the temperature range from 260 to 520?C allows soldering enameled copper wires. The solder melting time does not exceed 10 minutes at maximum power, and after that you can begin soldering or plating components' wires and pins. Solder-dipping is very simple, to do this you need to flux the brazing joint, in our case this is twisting wires, and to dip them into the molten solder. Thus, the use of solder baths makes soldering work less time-consuming; and if you use such high-quality instrument as POT-11C bath, you will trust the reliability and durability of the bath itself, as well as its performance. The pot is supplied with:POT-11C bath, pallet and user manual in Russian.
