Since 1979 year around hosts, Doug Baker and Linda Delgado Baker, welcome guests to their restored 1780 stone farmhouse located on 14 acres in the beautiful mid-Hudson region of New York State. Our views are of Shawangunk
Mountains and rolling hills and fields. The house is furnished with period antiques, hand made quilts and much more.
Baker's has been reviewed, used for photo shoots and/or our recipes have been published in The New York Times,
USA Today, The Kingston Freeman, Huguenot Herald, Poughkeepsie Journal, About Town, The Chronogram, Glamour, Women's Day, Detail Magazine, Yankee Magazine, Conde Naste Traveler and TV's Good Morning America.
We serve a full breakfast which included fresh fruit, jams, jellies, freshly baked goods such as scones, croissants,
muffins and special dishes such as Linda's goat cheese omelets and her home made granola. Doug's smoked meats and/or salmon and the all-time favorite, "Dutch babies".
