It's much easier to Superboy to go inside the control booth and move the bridge than to just stop the car with his superstrength . Those script writers knew a lot how to write action scenes.

@Brownlyne Thank you. Glad someone else agrees on that. I never did care for Gerards take, especially his version of Clark Kent. WAYYYY too nerdy, almost Louis Skullnik territory. Newton looked the part, and frankly was a better actor than Gerard. Wish he had stayed on for the remainder of the series.

true ... the flying in Season ONE wasn't excellent but it was a new show and I guess John Newton was using his personal approach to flight.
