Arranged marriages is BULLSHIT most of the time! there is many asian women out there that are unhappy!! but keep quiet about it! they do what they feel is right for the familys! finding someone you truely love is important! and not being pushed into a lifetime of something that may never bring true happiness

Arranged marriage is like a biz deal, a compromise.

# the girl needs a male and financial security.

# the boy needs a sexual partner.

# the father of boy wants Return on Investments on the money he spend on boy.

# the mother of boy needs a girl from same caste and same culture.

On the parents level its about exchange of money & on personal level its about sex. nothing more than that.

no love, equality, respect, understanding. Just living together as a sexual partners. im indian btw :P

I totally agree with this guy. When it comes to love marriage, people don't show there real side until they are married because they are too busy just trying to impress each other by not being them-selves. U hear a lot of people who have a love marriage that he/she wasn't like this when were dating. When it comes to arrange marriage u get know the real person right from the beginning. And then u adjust to each other. That is why the divorce rate is so much higher in western countries.

@HPAbby Arranged marriages were brought to India by the invading and ruling-Moghuls. So it's really not a Hindu-thing, so to speak. The Hindu's adopted it and it's part of the religion. I just added a different comment about India and how I see the truth about her that others fail to see. I don't want Zionism contaminating India, just like British Colonialism and Imperialism and before that, the Moghuls did.

@HPAbby I myself would consider any arranged marriage as inhumane and a contamination of humanity, love and happiness because divorce, disability (mental, learning and physical) and death (families shun widowed wives) are a taboo and social prejudice is rife between castes, religions and classes in India and in Indian communites outside India. I blame the British and the Moghuls who made Indians backward people and India is a terrorist state, because she is in bed with Zionist Israel. BE SINGLE.
