@Candydufus6 No need for that, using Ae is pretty simple, unless you dont know how to use it..., just configure your comp settings into a size of an HD comp(1280x720 or 1920x1080), then make your layers fit to it, after editing, you can now render your project, choose your desire format and settings, and your done, upload it on youtube in a normal way, then your video is now on HD.. :) (HD videos are big files, that means, it takes a lot of time to render and upload)..

@FussyCashew It might be because either your camera does not support it, OR, you are simply not using the video settings right. be sure to double check on all the video and bit rate options

I did output it in the highest on vegas, and it still only uploaded as 480p
