It is Bombardier Challenger 300 with beautifull colors.,

The aircraft that is first in line on final has the right of way. I doubt that the smaller aircraft went around because a larger aircraft was on its tail. It is the responsibility of the aircraft behind another aircraft to create spacing if not giving by the Air Traffic Controller.

No the aircraft in front DID go around because of the one right behind him. The Challenger cannot not go much slower than he already was as it would be impossible to slow to space out to a cherokee 140. AS a COURTESY the smaller aircraft went around he burns at most 2.00 on a go around as the challenger would burn over 50. Its not a race to get to the runway its better to be safe.
