Chinese Stealth Armor in Fallout New Vegas

How to find Chinese Stealth Armor in Fallout New Vegas. Start at the Hoover Dam. When you arrive there, go into the visitors center and take the elevator. When you get in the power plant 01 room, take a right and go into the Hoover Dam offices. Once you're there, keep going straight down the halls. You should arrive at a dead end with a broken cart. There will be a room to the right with a radiation symbol next to the door. Go in and take a left. This leads to several wooden crates. There should be 2 Chinese Stealth Armor suits in the 2nd crate on the first column. This was found by Halen Hall and Tanner McGinnis.
