You don;t pop out all of these questions one after another...You ask the client and then let him do all the talking, or if they just say yes you can turn questions, for example: What is it you think would serve you best?, get to know what they're thinking by letting them lead the conversation and find the right time to pop another "yes" question: well, we all want the best value for money, isn't it?... It works.

Hey Zzaztur it is actually a bad technique. This is supposed to be funny. Sales should be about listening. Two ears, one mouth use them in proportion. Understand clients, dont talk too much or you will be screamed at like poor old Philby Sellmore. Anyway 18,000 people think the presentation is ok. Best wishes Philby Sellmore
