The new 'Dr Who's are pretty good, but they've lost their way with the theme music, abandoning its electronic roots to go all orchestral. Its just not right! There are no string sections on the TARDIS- only buttons and knobs that make "Wooooooooo bleep bleep bleep" sounds. So I thought I'd fight this madness and try my hand at an old fashioned/futuristic Doctor Who Theme, played with dirty synthesizers the way it should be!

Plaudits should go to the original Delia Derbyshire version, Peter Howell's 1980 version and the Orbital's 2001 cover 'Doctor ?', all of which I pretty much ripped off.
