@65fisherman It really depends what you're training for and what your goals are. As 40 is a pretty respectable number I'd be aiming to make your push up's harder rather than increasing the number of reps. Your could try decline push ups, military push ups or dive bomber push ups!

Love using suspension gyms outdoors.
