Ok, so instead of bashing you for this, I am going to try and help you. One main thing you need to work on is, loosen up a little. It will help you out alot. And the MOST IMPORTANT thing, don't listen to all the morons on here. They probably can't play at all. and everybody has to start somewhere, i did.
