Their theme music stinks. What version of "Eyewitness News" is this? It doesn't sound like what other ABC O&Os use.

It's not Eyewitness News, this is Signature. They switched to Eyewitness News in 2006.

I've never been a big fan of KGO's news choices after they last used the Tar Sequence. I don't really like NewsSeries 2000+ unless if it's WLS, I don't like Signature, and don't get me started on Eyewitness New Generation.

This opening is cool, but I think KABC executed it better.

well ABC moved Spencer to take Pete Giddings place. Aroung this time there was a Spencer Christian look alike named Tony Perkins who took his old GMA post.

The ABC affiliate in Reno, Nevada, KOLO, uses that exact theme music on their newscasts.
