    i am touching the floor, but not to help myself getting up, but to decrease the swing (which would help a lot getting up). if you watch carefully you will see that my legs aint doing any force at all....

  • @hackerrudy yha on purpose to reduce "body balance help". as i am going up and down fast i needed to reduce the bouncing of my body to keep pulling with just my arms and back. if you look carefully you can actually see the i am not doing any force with my legs at all

  • lol you only do 6 you start to push with your feet efter 6 -.- noob
