impressive but how come you don't do more reps in your first sets? Its obvious you could do more reps, why don't you make every set like the 1:59 mark?

@ColonelHate In powerlifting we work on getting stronger. So what you are seeing in the video is actually 1 rep max. After doing our 1 rep max we then come back down and do what we call down sets for reps. During warmups I actually do a lot of reps working my way up. The film don't show everything. About the 1:59 mark...No lifter knows how they will feel day to day or week to week. My goal was to stop at 600 but I felt I had 20lbs more and as you can see that was a good call for this week.
