Ok first up I wish to give you praise for a great presentation video. Which leads to a fantastic and modern looking website.

However I would like to ask you one question:

Who would write impact99 in Googles search box?

Answer only the people that have heard of Impact99.

You need to expand your SEO (keywords, titles, descriptions etc...) to gain a greater following.
