WestJet Corporate Video - 1999

This video was produced for the IPO roadshows in May / June 1999. It is notable because it features the founding executives of the company as well as other key leaders, including Sandy Campbell, Bill Lamberton and Gareth Davies. It is perhaps the only evidence of the Steve Smith era at WestJet. Note that Clive Beddoe is seen briefly in the video but is not heard. At the time, Beddoe had stepped back from the company in order to give Smith some rope to play with. Unfortunately for Smith, he hung himself with the rope and Clive returned to an active role. WestJet's corporate culture is much in evidence in the video.
