So Hoffmann, the guy who was allegedly beat up by sheriffs deputies (or the courtroom bailiff?) earlier this month, his own doctor reportedly has said that he is in "good condition."

The Ridley Report however, gives Hoffmann a very different diagnosis; that of a nearly disabled man who suffers from stroke like conditions.

Someone tells Dave that the left side of Hoffmann's face "shows very little movement", but the picture of Hoffman clearly shows the left side of his face says otherwise

not exactly, read the text again. an activist says the superindendent says that the doctors say kurt is in good condition. It's pretty fourth-hand. If I could talk to the sup myself at least it would be third hand, or to the doctor then it would be second hand but expert. Probably to talk with the doctor I'd need an okay from the sup-who-won't-return-my-calls.

When you get arrested for civil disobedience, don't just lose the case and call it a moral victory. That would not help anything.

The funny thing about that is I actually parent my children. Call it what you want, but I know where my children go and what they do and who they interact with. So no, My children will not be doing drugs. I am to smart to allow anyone like you to prey upon them. If you did this in my town I would be at the courthouse leading the charge to have you all arrested. Crap like this is the reason pot has not been legalized allready!

Your kids are going to do drugs, and there's nothing you can do about it. Why do you want your kids(who will smoke) to be in shame(being forced to hide their activity), for doing something that harms no one?

What makes you people think that doing drugs in public places where children may be present is a good idea? forget about the fact your giving yourself a bad image. If one of you gets high and shoots a child our whole national movement for freedom will be lost.

I'm thinking eventually they will, foolboy. The thing is, NH is the perfect state for this. NH has been described as the liberty or die state, and there is no law against being arrested. While NH may remain tolerant, if this sort of thing catches on in other states, you may see some federal intervention, you may not. That's my take.
