I used to do it that way: you just let the one poi to place on you middle finger when it goes down and add the second one between thumb and forefinger at the same time. Forefinger won't let them tangling

well your poi aren't supposed to bounce off each other just have one poi higher than the other try using your arms as poi to build muscle memory he shows it in his video the butterfly hope this helps =)

It's funny.. i was just absent mindedly talking to a friend of mine and i caught myself doing this... took me a while to figure out how i did it though lol.. odd thing is... both my poi are in the same spot in my hand while i do it....

for me it helped to think of it as shaking someones hand.

the onehanded over-the-head thing still feels strange through.
