Just because you're skinny (lots of exercise, good metabolism, low caloric intake or all three) doesn't mean you're healthy.

No, but its way better than no exercise, slow metabolism, and high caloric intake.

Are there any breads that are OK to eat or are they all just junk? I know there are differences between whole grain and whole wheat and a lot of "grain" and "wheat" terms are just used for marketing, do all breads contain processed flour?

99% of all store bought breads will have sugar, HFCS or both. In other words, not fit for human consumption even if they are made with whole grains. In your grocer's freezer you may find breads made from sprouted garins that contain no sugar and nothing but grain, water, yeast and salt. I eat those and would feed no other bread to my children. They are expensive though. But you get what you pay for. Most store bought bread is nothing more than a ticket to disease and a fat ass.

Thank you very much, I didn't know about the sprouted grain bread, I'll have to check it out and see if I can afford it. Meanwhile I'm trying to cut as much processed junk out of my diet as possible and stick with real foods from the earth.
