Crysis Back to the Future Delorean mod

A trailer-type video I made for the Back to the Future delorean mod by Tirido (Visit his site here: http://tirido.blogspot.com/ )

I aimed for a more cinematic approach rather than the very basic gameplay videos most people make of this mod.

The car time travels using a flowgraph, when the time circuits are turned on (Press T) and you reach 88 mph, the car travels to a random point in time, which you can see on the upper left corner of the screen.

To make the car time travel without you, accelerate higher than 88 mph, turn on the time circuits and jump out, when the car decelerates to 88 mph it will "warp" out, leaving the fire trails behind. Press Y to call the time machine back.

Here's how to get it into the game:

1) Download the ZIP/RAR file
2) Place zz_DeLorean.pak into the Crysis/Game folder
3) Open up sandbox
4) Open any map you want, preferably one with long straights so the time machine can get up to 88 mph. I chose Mesa, Tarmac is also good.
5) Go to View - Open View Pane - Database View
6) Click the tab "Prefabs Library" tab, click "Load Library" and load "DeLorean.xml".
7) Select "DeLorean_Time_Machine" from the list, and drag and drop it onto the map.
8) Open the "Game" tab and click "Switch to game" to play in the editor.

9) If you want to play it in the actual game, once you have dropped the time machine onto the map, hit save to overwrite the original map, or name it a different name if you dont. (You may have to hit export to engine also, though I'm not too sure)

10) Start Crysis, and hit the ~ (Tilde) key, type in "con_restricted 0" (Without the quotes) and hit enter.

11) Now type in "map nameofmap" (In my case, it would be "map mesa") and hit enter, and the map should load. Find the time machine where you placed it and have fun!
