What is the Video Viewing software used at 6:03, is it a seperate program or part of whatever free library the multitouch movement is using

I suppose.

Old people usually have closed minds and don't want to embrace new technology.

But I like my iphone and my touchscreen lcd display in my kitchen.

It works amazingly for me,

i mean i wouldn't wanna get food all over my mouse and keyboard as i look for a recipe.

interesting how little creativity or imagination people have when it comes to new technology.

I'm sure it could be more than useful in a multitude of fields including but not limited too: Graphic design, 3d modeling, Audio Production, music classes. I personally plan on using this to record and mix audio as well as edit video eventually.
