Ruby Hope Williams Beaten In Racist Attack At Boca Raton, Florida Beach.MOD

Ruby Hope Williams is beaten, dragged and kicked by two white males; one possibly Hispanic, at Red Reef Park in Boca Raton, Florida on Wed., Jan 28, 2010. She was going to a restroom when she was knocked down, kicked in the face and dragged along a sidewalk. She was screaming for help, but no one came. Police arrived and she was rushed to the hospital. I live to boca and ride my bike all though Red Reef Park in Boca Raton at a least once per week, This park is very very nice, it is located right across the street from the ocean. This area is nice, one of the best. There is hardly any peolpe there almost all the time. I dont understand was she alone at the park, just using the bathroom, was she with friends or famliy? You can't walk to this park from the west you need a car I never see anyone by themselves there. doesn't make sense. very
