a great way to make it harder would be to do squat jumps. those things are killer!

This lady is a straight up goon. If you want to gain leg MUSCLE MASS, as in TONE your legs or get bigger leg muscles, do NOT and i repeat DO NOT do these lunges and squats(what shes doing in the video) this fast! You want to do them SLOW to make the muscles work harder. Guess what? The workout she did in the video, did NOTHIN for her.
