Sj and uknow size on mass tech are bot good products best way to put size on naturally is to take in a gram and a half of protein per pound of body weight and take a bracnh chain amino complex and and a regular amino acid complex daily beyond that work out hard as hell with heavy weight and very lo reps going to failure in each excercise it will put alot of pressure on the muscle and force it to grow make sure to leave time for recovery so alernate body parts stringently

Hey Masstech by Muscletech is good for putting on size. Also You should be doing heavy weight with very few reps in your sets in order to strain the muscle and have it regrow larger in recovery.
Any trainer at you local gym cn help you with your work out goals.
Thiagos favorite food is sushi and brazillian bbq when not trying to cut weight. Lots of water Protein and Amino acids complex and a Branch chain amino complex will really help for growth also.

eating five 6 times a day lots of shakes and small salads think shake salad shake salad shake lo carb lo sodium then down to 3 meals a day shake salad shake and 24 hours of nothing oh yeah dont forget to workout like a mad man
