Great video! :) I just posted my video of Minted Watermelon Sorbet and your video came up in my side bar. Since you love to cook, had you ever considered getting a Vitamix or a Blendtec Blender? You can make sorbet in 5 minutes instead of Freezing it for 2 hours. :)

I have another version of this that taste and works out in seconds
I got some watermelon and frozed them in the freezer and then got it all in my blender which is 400watts and added two strawberries and just a little bit of cherry and green grape juice. :D
In seconds I got a great tasting sorbet :D
I think if you wanna go really natural you don't need the sugar :D I just added two strawberries to make it sweeter without sugar and the juice just a slapsh
