I thought i heard months ago that the tape could have been put there to stop the worst odors coming out of the mouth, again, I am just stating soemthing I thought I heard, not saying it is fact or anything, just wondered if anybody else remembers hearing that?

@EdensSecret1 There has been a lot of specualtion across the Internet and on TV shows the reason why the duct tape was used. Some speculation was to keep Caylee quiet in the back of the trunk of the car and others think it was to keep decomposing fluids from coming out of the nose and mouth.

The judge's face when he asks whether or not both the prosecution and the defense have offered theories as to the purpose of the duct tape is PRICELESS. I wish I could hear what he is thinking...LOL

Okay Judge Perry let the evidence of the superimposed photo in..... but reserves ruling on the motion for a mistrial? Isn't that like closing the barn door after the cow got out???

@jaykay1053 Well, firstly I just said that I'd heard that - secondly, I pray I am never in that position, but I don't believe Caylee drowned anyway- but if my child did, I'd be straight onto 999(UK) and be giving him mouth to mouth over and over, and doing the best job of my life trying to revive him. None of us would do what Casey did that is why this case is so interesting to most of us. Any case where a child has been abused is big to me, because it is the thing I care about most in life.
