I liked the Shah; I believe he had the good of his country at heart and was done dirty by some very stupid and short-sighted people. The loss of the Shah has unleashed an unspeakably vile era upon Persia which will take a long time to erase and reconstruct.

A revolution betrayed ,,,let;s focus on the future ,,,after all it was the Iranians getting paid by the C.IA to go to the streets to begin with ,,Iranians would and did raise the problem themselves ,,even today there are people in Iran who would sell and betray their country and nation for money ,,,we are weak as a nation

It seems the Shah's views towards the West, particularly towards Britain and America, drastically began to change after 1973. Prior to this year, I do wholeheartedly believe that the Shah was indeed a stooge.
