Karl Rove finally testified before the House Judiciary Committee on 7/7/09 and 7/30/09. Too bad it was not under oath or in public on C-span. Thats right. Rove appeared twice in July 2009 before a closed session of the House Judiciary Committee . The scope of the inquiry was limited to the U.S. Attorney scandal and the politicization of the Justice Department including the politically motivated prosecution of former Alabama Governor Don Siegelman.
Tell Congressman Conyers and Attorney General Holder that Karl Rove should testify now under oath, in public, and on C-Span. The American people have a right to know the details. And, the scope of inquiry should be expanded to the other political prosecutions of Rove under GWB that possibly include the use of the Justice Dept. as a tool to stifle political opponents in upcoming elections through tying them up in political prosecutions.
According to recent news reports Rove still seems more concerned about non-existent to neglible voter fraud than the real problem -- election fraud involving potentially massive manipulation of votes through computer networks, databases and individual machines. The ol' bait and switch tactic. Just look over here... pay no attention to the real problem of election fraud in the other direction. Let's hope people wise up in 2010 and stop looking under the wrong rock for election problems. Now is the time to correct the weaknesses in our election system with possible manipulation of electronic networks under cover.

GOP Attorney Dana Jill Simpson testified under oath before Congress regarding her knowledge of Karl Roves backroom dealings to get the DOJ to prosecute Don Siegelman. Is Rove afraid of testifying under oath? Mmmmmm

That whole administration thought they were above the law. I just wish the dem. majority would do more about it. Good reporting. You should have done segments for the Dan Abrams show.
