Random Snare Stick Visuals

Hey, I just threw this together in a couple minutes today. I made it mainly for people to use as a reference if they needed any sort of visual for any solo they were putting together, or just something fun to do. I know, it's a bit on the lengthy side, and it's not perfect, as I do have a few drops, so if anyone wants any specifc instruction about how to do any of the tricks, just leave a comment with the time in the video where the trick occurs.And I apopologize for the lack of the actual drumming sounds being covered up by the music, but it just seemed more interesting rather than listening to 8's and swung 8's over and over, since this was strictly a visual demonsation I didn't have any rudimental licks or anything like that worth listening to

You seem to have really mastered juggling the sticks. Can you explain how to bounce the stick on the floor and make it come back to you. I have tried to do that, but it bounces back at weird angles. Also is it because you have become so comfortable juggling the sticks that you are now able to do it blindfolded?

Well, bouncing the stick on the floor is actually really easy, just make sure that when you throw it down, you just release the stick with your fingertips. If the stick lands perfectly parallel to the ground, it will bounce right up, if there is even a slight angle when it hits the stick will barely bounce and most likely start spinning.

i think drums just arent for you............. lol jk man i want to hear some of what your high schools playing my highschools only a school of about 400 kids lol but 115 in our band lol. Now that im the battery captain i would like to find some cool cadences which we don't seem to have lol. think you could help me out?

congratulations you can juggle snare sticks and know how to throw different variations of the same thing in there over and over again. now get it good enough to use in a show and actually incorporate it into the music, then if you want to really be good do it on tenors while playing constant scrapes, ratimiques, flamadiddles, and other various rudiments.
